Ali Gaudion
I’m married to Brendan, a rugby playing hairstylist and the mother of Jules and Jessie, aged 12 and 13. I’m 52 and have been a photographer for half of my life! Here is a timeline of how I got to where I am.
- 1992 – studied Photography at night school at Antonelli Art Institute in Philadelphia (film and large format!)
- 1994 – worked alongside Terry Hirst-Hermans (my mentor and guidance in all things photography)
- 2002 – started my photography business with SPORTSPIXUK
- 2003 – began training to be a wedding photographer
I have photographed over 400 weddings and am or have been on the Venue List of Suppliers for:
Southend Barns, Southdowns Manor, Tithe Barn, Farbridge, Spreadeagle Hotel, The Walled Garden of Cowdray, to mention a few.
I am extremely experienced in weddings and portraits. I have a studio in a separate building at the end of my garden. I am able to help you navigate the fun and fast-paced life as a photographer, technically AND emotionally.
I have photographed over 400 weddings and 250 portraits, commercially and privately. My style of teaching is indepth, interesting and flexible. I can adapt to your needs as far as method of teaching. I am great fun and easy going !
